Title VII of the Civil Rights
Act of 1964 (prohibiting

race, color, sex, national
origin, or religion), Americans
with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age
Discrimination in Employment Act
(ADEA), Fair Credit Reporting
Act (FCRA), and the Occupational
Safety and Health Act (OSHA).
Most of these laws are enforced
by federal agencies who
investigate alleged violations,
including the Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission (EEOC),
Department of Labor (DOL),
Federal Trade Commission (FTC),
and the Occupational Safety and
Health Administration (OSHA),
